Like most brilliant new ideas, Outclean was born from the desire for such a company from personal experience. After the painful reality of many amateur cleaning companies, we wanted a totally different approach. We have developed an entire online system and selected and further-trained a team of cleaning professionals, recruiters, supervisors and planners.

What are your working hours?

We work seven days a week from 9:00 t / m 22:00. Through the login you’re day and night to give everything to us, new cleanings to review afterwards.

Who makes my house clean?

Our team consists of cleaning professionals from the hospitality industry which are all selected strictly. Previously screened their background and are specially trained for Outclean. The log can be found at every cleaning the name and ID scan of your cleaner (s). Because we rotate our cleaners on the huge demand for our service, the cleaner the last time might not be available for the next time with you. Our system, however, keep all the information perfectly, which offer anyway more security and freedom than a personal relationship, and all cleaners will deliver exactly the same hotel- quality cleaning at each visit.

How long does the cleaning? And what if between two guests?

Depending on how dirty it is, it takes on average: 2.5 hours x 1 cleaner for a studio 3 hours x 1 cleaner for a two-bedroom house 2.5 hours x 2 cleaners for a 3-bedroom house 3 hours x 2 cleaners for a 4-bedroom house 3.5 hours x 2 cleaners for a 5-bedroom house

How can I say whether a cleaning is or is not well done? You or your guests through the login reviewing each cleaning, and our call center read the reviews live and take immediate action. If there is something not quite right, then it is important to notify us as soon as possible so that we can still come back in time to correct it.

How do I know you do a good job in my home?

If anything is amiss than we would first like to come back immediately to correct it. If our correction would be unexpected to leave the relevant cleaning is free.
